Expertise:  Kent McAdoo's areas of interest include rangeland revegetation, wildlife habitat enhancement, collaborative/holistic land management and proper functioning condition of riparian areas.

Programs:  Vegetation Management, Range Management School, Weed Identification and Management, Active Vegetation Management, Creeks and Communities, Nevada Youth Range Camp and Multiple Use of Rangelands.

Expertise:  Jill Tingey is conducting a countywide needs assessment and sharing those results with Elko County residents and agencies.  Her background is in 4-H and youth development.  Develops programs in the area of youth, community development and establishing relationships with other agencies and organizations in the area.

Programs:  Elko Area Leadership Institute leadership program, the institute's Education Committee, 4-H Leadership Training and Carlin Community Assessment.

Expertise:  Marilyn Smith's areas of interest are substance abuse prevention, needs assessments and targeted programming for high-risk youths.  She works in collaboration with community agencies, including juvenile probation departments and schools.

Programs:  Bootstraps, 4-H Program Impact Assessment: Life Skills Learned and Management Goals, Project MAGIC and Parenting.
