Jarbidge Advisory Board

 

The Jarbidge Advisory Board is appointed by the Elko County Board of Commissioners to 2 year terms.  Their duties are to provide guidance, recommendations and ideas to help govern the unincorporated community of Jarbidge, which lies near the northern border of Elko County. 

The board consists of 3 members from throughout the community who volunteer to provide service to the citizens.  This community whose population drops in the winter, celebrated its 100 Year Anniversary in 2009.
