Welcome to the Elko County Clerk's Office

 

The Elko County Clerk is an elected official of Elko County and is located in the Annex Building at 550 Court Street on the 3rd floor.  The office provides many services including marriage licenses, public notary oaths, dog licenses, jury summons, fictitious firm names, domestic court forms, elections coordination and court services.   The Clerk's office is also the official record keeper for all Commissions and Boards that are set up and appointed by the Elko County Board of Commissioners.
