Welcome to the Elko County District Attorney's Office 

As one of the largest departments in Elko County, we are tasked with the responsibility of criminal and civil prosecution, as well as overseeing the state's Child Support program.  We represent the citizens of Elko County in criminal cases and Elko County in civil matters and work with the Elko County Collections Division on the Bad Check and Restitution programs.  Located in the new Nannini Administration Building on the second floor, our staff work tirelessly to conquer the evergrowing cases that arise.
