Welcome to the Fourth District Judicial Court, Department II Office. 

Department II is presided over by newly appointed District Judge Alvin R. Kacin and includes duties of overseeing operations of  the Family Juvenile Court.   The District Court has been around since 1988. 

Family/Juvenile Court is presided over by Court Master Mason Simons.
