Presided over by Judge Patricia L. Calton, the Wells Justice Court  is one of 5 Justice Courts in Elko County.  This court is located at 1510 Lake Avenue in Wells, Nevada.  We handle traffic citations, misdemeanor complaints and small claims and civil suits.  Court clerks are on staff during regular office hours to assist you with procedural questions.
