Welcome to the Elko County Public Defender's Office. 

 

The Elko County Defender's Office represents people who have been accused of committing crimes or juvenile offenses in Elko County and cannot afford representation.  This office can only represent people who have petitioned the courts and found to be eligible for representation.

Our office moved into the George Boucher Building at 569 Court  Street  in January 2010.
