How to Reserve Lamoille Grove       Reservations: A reservation form can be obtained on this web site or at the Elko County Administrative Office. Turn in completed registration form and fee to the Administrative Office located at 569 Court Street, Elko. You will receive a copy of the completed form and map with your reservation. The County reserves the right to rent out remaining sections of the Grove, if not all sections are reserved for your event. No date will be reserved without the paid fee. Plan ahead – Saturdays book up quickly and usually a year in advance. We recommend placing signage of your event in order to avoid interruptions.       Fees: 1 Section (approx. 25 people) $ 25.00 2 Sections (approx. 50 people) $ 50.00 3 Sections (approx. 75 people) $ 75.00 4 Sections (approx. 100 people) $ 100.00   Discounted Fees: Elko County School District Student Use 1 to 4 Sections No Charge Verifiable Non-Profit Organizations 1 to 4 Sections $10.00       Section Amenities: Section A with large barbeque Section B with large barbeque Section C with small barbeque(s) Section D with small barbeque(s) Bathroom facilities are available. Limited electricity is also available.       Front Gate: The gate can be opened for the convenience of loading equipment into the Grove. No vehicles or trailers are allowed on the Grove. Make arrangements to have the gate opened at least 72 hours in advance of your event by calling the Elko County Administration office at 738-5398.       Damages: You will be held responsible for any damages to the grove including breakage of sprinkler system. Please take care when pitching tents, etc.       Refund Policy: User fees will be refunded upon receipt of notice of cancellation not less than 30 days prior to the reserved date.
