Bids were received and opened on September 1, 2011 and the bid was awarded on September 7, 2011 to Cashman Equipment. Blaine Equipment appealed the bid award within the three working day deadline set by the Commission. This agenda item is continued from the September 19, 2001 Commission Meeting.
