In accordance with NRS 332.068, consider the appeal filed in the bid award of a Used Wheel Loader, 40,000 Lbs Class and all other matters related, thereto. Bids were received and opened on September 1, 2011 and the bid was awarded on September 7, 2011 to Cashman Equipment. Blaine Equipment appealed the bid award within the three working day deadline set by the Commission. This agenda item is continued from the September 19, 2001 Commission Meeting. The Commission may affirm or overturn the previous bid award. FOR POSSIBLE ACTION
