Elko County's Plan to Reopen
Elko County is committed to balancing the critical needs of both community health and economic stability of our residents. Thanks to the community's support and cooperation with social distancing and Staying At Home For Nevada, we are seeing progress. WHile we're not able to claim victory yet, we are able to cautiously relax some of the business restrictions that we have in place.
We all want to get back to living life as we knew it, but to get there, social distancing, face coverings and other safe hygiene and interaction practices remain critical to our ongoing success.
Elko County has worked with the State, other counties, our municipalities and the business community to develop action plans that will get employees back to work and residents back into the marketplace.
